According to the Implementation Plan for the Public Recruitment of Staff for the Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Wuhan in 2022 (Wu Renxiahan [2022] No. 48) and "Wuhan City 2022 Institutions Public Recruitment Interview Work Plan" (Wu Renxiahan [2022] No. 228 ) The requirements of the municipal institutions are now publicly recruited for centralized interviews.

1. Interviewer

According to the proportion of interviews set up in the post, the interviewers are determined in the order of written test scores from high to low. Those who go through the procedures for the test -free test are not limited by the interview ratio and do not occupy interview indicators. 2. Interview time and place

1. Interview time: July 16th to July 18th, 2022, three days, the opening time is 8:30.

Fourth, interview procedure

1. Enter the field. Candidates held their second -generation ID card and "Wuhan City 2022 Annual Public Institutions Public Recruitment Interview Candidates Health Statement and Safety Examination Promise" (signature (signature (handprint))) Start at 7:20 on the day of the exam. At 8:00, the door of the test site was closed. Candidates who did not enter the test site would be deemed to be automatically giving up and canceling the disqualification of the interview.

2. Sign in and draw. Candidates will check in at the sign -in at the signature of the information and communication tools such as the staffing at the designated item according to the staff guidance. This interview adopted an electronic system for sign -in and lottery. Candidates followed the results of the "Candidates' Signing" to the corresponding examination room and waiting for the interview.

3. Interview. Candidates were guided by the staff to enter the interview room for interview.

4. Listen. After the interview was completed, the interview score was announced on the spot. After listening to the score, the candidate signed the "Interview results notice". After signing and confirmation, leave the test order in an orderly manner.

5. Publicity. After the interview of each post on the day, the interview results of the relevant post were posted at the public announcement column.

5. Calculation of performance

1. Concentrated interview results calculations: Remove the highest score and one of the minimum scores in the examiner's score. The average value of effective scores is the interview score. The centralized interview score is adopted.

2. Comprehensive score = written test score × 40%+centralized interview results × 60%. The interview score of the written test personnel is directly included in the comprehensive score.

6. Related matters and requirements

1. For posts that are shortlisted in the interview, the comprehensive score of candidates must not be less than 65 points.

5. When the number of interviews is small than the number of recruiters, the number of recruiters in the post is reduced to the same as the number of references.

6. According to the post recruitment plan, the physical examination and inspection objects are determined according to the order of the comprehensive score of the candidates. If the candidate's comprehensive scores are tied, those who take high written test results enter the next stage, if the written test score is still the same, the high "comprehensive application ability" will enter the next stage.
