In June 2022, the city's housing provident loan rate was 84.55%(excluding transfer loans), which was less than 90%for three consecutive months. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Early Warning of Housing Provident Fund Liquidity Risk of Housing Provident Fund" (Hegong Management Committee [2021] No. 9), the liquidity risk of housing provident fund liquidity risks is now lifted to resume the following businesses:

(1) "Commercial Transfer" loan business;

(2) Non -depositors of employees in non -administrative regions paying employee loan business;
