In view of the fact that the enterprises involved in the case were paid all taxes, they had the lenient penalty plot, such as surrendering, voluntarily pleaded guilty and confession, and made positive contributions to the county's taxes and employment. On December 29, 2021, the Wenshui County Procuratorate invited the County People's Congress Representatives, CPPCC members, etc. held a public hearing planned from wide treatment. At the hearing site, the heads of the enterprise involved in the case stated that they must pay taxes in accordance with the law and operate compliantly. On May 12, 2022, with the consent of the Luliang City Procuratorate, the Wenshui County Procuratorate filed a public prosecution on the person in charge of the enterprise with a tax tax of more than 500,000 yuan, and suggested that the suspension was applied.
