According to the reform and deployment, starting from July 1, Maanshan City, in addition to the administrative agencies, taxes and national security organs that implement vertical leadership, only one administrative reconsideration agency will be retained by the people's government of the city, county (district), Responsibilities of administrative reconsideration, uniformly jurisdiction over the administrative reconsideration cases of the people's governments of the people at the same level, the department of the people's governments at the same level, and its dispatching agencies, the next -level people's governments, and the organization authorized by relevant laws and regulations. In principle, the departments of the city and county (district) people's governments no longer accept new administrative reconsideration cases.

Maanshan City will further urge departments at all levels to strengthen the acceptance of the transition period and cooperation of case handling to ensure that the quality of reconsideration during the transition period, the efficiency of case handling, and the standard of case handling will not decrease. Prior to July 1, the administrative reconsideration case that government departments had accepted were continued to end. After July 1, the reconsideration agencies at all levels accepted the case uniformly. If other government departments received an application for administrative reconsideration, the applicant will notify the applicant to apply for administrative reconsideration, or transfer the administrative reconsideration application to administrative reconsideration agencies with jurisdiction.

Ma'anshan City will further increase the publicity and publicity of administrative reconsideration, urge departments at all levels to do a good job of policy interpretation, publicity and guidance, and take the initiative to disclose the name, address, telephone, administrative reconsideration guide and other information after the reform of the administrative reconsideration agency in a timely manner, so that the people will widely know the administrative administration. The changes in the reform of the reconsideration system are convenient for the people to find the administrative reconsideration agency and reconsideration agency after the reform, so that administrative reconsiderations have become the main channels for resolving administrative disputes, and contribute to the construction of Ma'anshan and Ping An Maanshan.
