Lin Xiaoyu, born in Daegu, South Korea in May 1996, set a record of the Olympic Games at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and won the men's 1500 -meter short track skating gold medal. At the same time, he also won the bronze medal of the men's 500m competition. In the 2019 Bulgarian Short -track Speed Scholarship Championships, he won 1,000 meters, 1500 meters, men's 5,000 meters relay and men's personal all -around gold medal.
In October 2021, Lin Xiaoyi appeared in the Chinese national team for the first time, but because of the relevant policy restrictions of the International Slide and the International Olympic Committee, he missed the opportunity to participate in the Beijing Winter Olympics on behalf of the Chinese team.
