If you forget to give your baby occasionally, the problem is not big. Vitamin D itself is a kind of lipid -soluble vitamin. Its metabolic speed is slow than water -soluble vitamins, such as vitamin C and B vitamin. If you usually insist on replenishing, there will be a certain inventory in your child's body, and there will generally not be problems.
Replenishing children to eat is a better choice, which can ensure the intake of vitamin D. For example, a 1 and a half -year -old baby, forgot to eat the day before, twice the next day according to the recommended dose of 600 IU, that is, 1200 IU supplementing, it is completely okay, and it will not be poisoned.
