Wang Bo, male, Han nationality, born in July 1971, Yanjin, Yunnan, a doctoral degree. He joined the work in July 1992 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1992.

From July 1992 to October 1993, he worked at the Student Work Department (Student Office) of the Party Committee (Student Office) of the Party Committee of Chengdu University of Science and Technology;

From October 1993 to April 1998, he served as assistant director of the Student Work Department (Student Office) of the Party Committee of Sichuan University and Deputy Director of Student Practice Management Office;

From April 1998 to January 2001, he served as a cadre of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Policy Research Office and assistant investigators of the Social Affairs Office;
