After investigation, the suspect Zhan Moumou had a relationship with the victim Jiang Moumou, and the two had completed the divorce procedures on June 16, 2022. At 18:00 on July 6, Zhanmou sneaked into Jiang Moumou's residence in the corner of the stairs to hide, waiting for the opportunity to force the mother and daughter to the room, and entangled Jiang Moumou with his remarry. At 22:00 on July 6, after the child was asleep, Zhanmou forcibly had a sexual relationship with Jiang Moumou and fled after the incident. On July 11, Zhan Moumou was arrested and brought to justice.
