Recently, a detachment of the Expressway of the Traffic Police Corps of the Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department issued the "Notice on the two -way speed limit adjustment of the G42 Shanghai -Rong Expressway Chenga Industrial Park Station to Cangshan Station."

According to reports, in order to effectively protect the safety of the people's travel, from July 18, the G42 Shanghai -Rong Expressway Chengdu to Nanchong direction is 1932km to 1904km+850m, 1902km to 1886km+200m, and the direction from Nanchong to Chengdu is 1886km+200m to 1900km,The maximum speed limit of 1903km+450m to 1932km is adjusted. Small passenger cars must not exceed 100 kilometers per hour, and other motor vehicles must not exceed 80 kilometers per hour.The public security transportation management department will capture overspeed illegal behaviors by fixed and mobile transportation technology monitoring equipment.

The traffic police reminded that the majority of drivers strictly abide by the new speed limit requirements, drive safely, and travel civilized to ensure the safe and smooth traffic order of highways.
