In 2012, when the initiator Yang Minzhong sent out "Who will help them fulfill a dream" on Weibo, the first storage of the Straits came out to respond. Through the report reports, the mainland readers and companies were moved by the dreams of Taiwanese children. He was stretched out of warm hands. In the past ten years, the "Bicycle Angel" has helped 550 young people, 370 single -parent and economic poverty -stricken teenagers in the mountains, with a total of 220 volunteers. The "riding" spreads in 55 cross -strait cities, with a cumulative mileage of 12,000 kilometers.

At the sharing meeting, Yang Minzhong, chairman of the Taiwan Bicycle Angel Association, said through a video speech that the bicycle angel event was just the tenth year this year. In 2010, he came to the mainland as a consultant, and during the period, he returned to Taiwan's nursery and some social workers for volunteer services. At that time, he told many teachers and students about what he saw on the mainland. The children heard what he said about the Yellow River, Great Wall, Shanghai, and Xiamen. They all wanted to know if the Yellow River was yellow and the Great Wall was very long. He promised, "Children, let's ride a bicycle together." But under the conditions at the time, it was difficult to organize everyone to ride on the mainland. At the time of him, the reporter of the Straits Herald interacted with him through Weibo and launched some reports that made all sectors of society agree with the activity of cycling angels, and said: Teacher Yang, I support you.
