Hu Wenhui introduced that in the first half of the year, affected by factors such as the epidemic, the application of intellectual property rights such as domestic patents, trademarks, and integrated circuit design showed a downward trend, and the overall stable. Taking Shanghai as an example, the application patent application in June reversed the initial decline and data recovered from the previous month.

As of the end of June, there were 325,000 companies with effective invention patents in China, an increase of 20.3%year -on -year; the valid invention patent was 2.107 million, a year -on -year increase of 22.0%, which was 4.5 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate. Among them, high -tech enterprises and specialized new "little giants" enterprises have 155,000 companies, with 1.334 million valid invention patents, an increase of 23.4%year -on -year, accounting for 47.8%of domestic enterprises, which generates 63.3%of the effective invention patent of domestic enterprises. quantity.

In the first half of the year, the national patent and trademark had a funds of 162.65 billion yuan, an increase of 51.5%year -on -year, and benefited 9,760 companies, an increase of 68.0%year -on -year. Among them, 6,951 small and medium -sized enterprises were benefited from the inclusive loans of less than 10 million yuan, accounting for 71.2%of the total number of beneficiaries, an increase of 111.7%year -on -year. The "small and micro" characteristics of patent trademark pledge financing services were significant and inclusive enhancement.

As of the end of June, there were 19,000 market entities for the use of geographical indications for the use of geographical indications, an increase of more than 6,000 compared with the same period last year. The scope of the pilot reform of the special indication of the geographical indicator has been expanded from 12 provinces to 20 provinces, involving 1951 products, accounting for 82.9%of the total number of domestic geographical indications protection products. "The number of geographical indicators for the use of market entities has continued to increase, and the application approval procedures for the use of dedicated signs have been continuously optimized, which has played an important role in driving the development of local characteristic industries and promoting rural revitalization." Hu Wenhui said.

As of the end of June 2022, the top three technical fields in the number of domestic valid invention patents were computer technology, measurement and digital communication, respectively, accounting for 9.4%, 7.6%, and 6.8%of the total. The top three in the growth rate are information technology management methods, computer technology and medical technology, which are 78.5%, 32.3%, and 27.1%year -on -year, respectively.
