Huang Mingsheng, male, born in May 1983, joined the public security work in November 2005. He was auxiliary police officer for the patrol police brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Tianlin County, Guangxi. Recently, Huang Mingsheng continued to participate in police duty and traffic order management. On July 9, he had a sudden illness in his job. He was only 39 years old after rescue.

After graduating from Guangxi Teachers College in 2005, Huang Mingsheng, who was originally a physical education teacher, was honored with his respect for the public security cause, but he resolutely put on police uniforms and devoted himself to public security work. At about 23:00 on April 28, 2022, the Tianlin County Public Security Bureau received an alarm, and a woman jumped into the river near the Leli Bridge. At this critical juncture, Huang Mingsheng and police officers at the duty team of police station immediately rushed to the scene to dispose. After arriving at the scene, Huang Mingsheng said nothing that the first rivers who jumped into the turbulent river rescued the woman falling in the water. Then, with the assistance of other police officers, the woman finally rescued the woman ashore. Afterwards, Huang Mingsheng's family was proud of seeing his heroic saving deeds on TV.

As a patrol police, in the 17 -year public security work, Huang Mingsheng rescued 116 people, participated in more than 200 operations, and assisted the police to capture more than 570 illegal criminals. What impressed his comrades most was the task of investigating and punishing gambling in 2017. That night, the police received a report from the masses that someone gathered in a shed in the outskirts of Lerry Town. Huang Mingsheng, who had just returned home to prepare for dinner, received a call and immediately returned to the unit to participate in the arrest operation. After arriving at the location, Huang Mingsheng and his comrades began to find the specific location of the casino, and it was not found in the early morning. According to the enclosure plan, more than 30 policemen rushed into the casino to control most of the gamblers, and some suspects fled out. When Huang Mingsheng saw this, he chased out a step, and the other party teared and scratched, but he still caught him, catching two gamblers with his own power.
