Based on the situation, the police handling the case went to Hebei to capture two criminal suspects according to the situation, and the fraud case quickly cracked the fraud. At present, the two have been criminally detained by the Jinjiang Police in accordance with the law for suspected help of helping the information network.

Mr. Wen, 40, is a native of Dazhu County, Sichuan. He works in a factory in Yinglin, Jinjiang. On the morning of May 24th, he received a text message from an unfamiliar number. The contents inside were: Copy the link to a software to get a refrigerator for free.

Mr. Wen was interested in comparison, then copied the link on the SMS, entered a chat group, and downloaded an app under the prompts of the group administrator. Mr. Wen thought that this was a pie falling in the sky, so he did two tasks. The first task recharged 100 yuan rebate 132 yuan, and the second task recharged 300 yuan rebate 397 yuan.

Seeing this task is easy to make money, Mr. Wen is very tempted. Two days later, the group administrator released a new dividend promotion task, recharging 500 yuan rebate 680 yuan. Mr. Wen was convinced that he continued to make up the order, but this time he couldn't withdraw it smoothly.

The group administrator explained that due to data abnormalities, Mr. Wen needs to recharge two orders before you can withdraw. At this time, Mr. Wen was also immersed in the dream of recharge and rebate, and he has transferred 3580 yuan and 16951 yuan.

However, on the third day, Mr. Wen received a text message for free to receive the screen sweeping robot before receiving the previous recharge and rebate money. The same routine also "set" Mr. Wen. He transferred many times for this, with a total amount of 164121.6 yuan. After suffering a major loss, he suddenly realized that he was deceived. On May 29, Mr. Wen came to the Yinglin Police Station of the Jinjiang Public Security Bureau to report the case.

After receiving the report, the police started the investigation from funds to comprehensively, and according to the clues, the suspects Wu and Luo Mou were arrested on the evening of July 4th in Qinhuangdao, Hebei.

After review, in May this year, a friend of Luo (42 years old, Hebei) wanted to borrow a bank bank card to brush the water and promise to give benefits. So Luo borrowed a bank card to a bank card to his friends from Wu.
