Putin signed a new decree, Ukraine "strong condemnation"

In fact, as early as 2019, Russia has introduced simplified procedures for residents living in Donnelk and Lugusk, allowing them to obtain Russian citizenship within three months.

In May of this year, another decree expanded the scope of the procedure to Zaparo and Hermone in southern Ukraine. Another document signed by Putin in May enables orphans in Ukraine, Donnede, and Lugusk to apply for applications -its guardian or foster families can apply for.
