Parents should guide their children to do personal protection and actively prevent hand, foot and mouth disease.

Hand-foot and mouth disease is a common child infectious disease caused by intestinal virus. The virus is the most common in the intestinal virus type 71 (EV-71) and the CA16 (CA16). Among them Cases are mostly caused by EV-71. The incubation period of the disease is mostly 2 days to 10 days, and the main features are characterized by fever and rash or herpes in the fever and hand, oral, foot, and other parts. A good age is June-5 years old infants and children, especially the most common in the age of 3. Larger children and adults may also be infected, which can develop throughout the year. May-July every year is a high incidence season, and there are still small autumn peaks in some areas.

The intestinal virus that causes hand, foot and mouth disease can be transmitted through the gastrointestinal tract, that is, dung-oral, and can also be transmitted through respiratory tract droplets, cough, sneezing, and close contact. Or the mucous membrane, blister liquid and contaminated hands and items are caused.

Hand-foot and mouth disease often occurs acute, with an average fever of 2 to 4 days. At the beginning of the disease, some children were accompanied by runny nose, sore throat, anorexia, vomiting and other symptoms. The inside of the mouth, tongue, hard palate, soft palate, inside lips, hands and feet hearts, elbows, knees, hips, etc. appear as millet or mung bean size, red -white herpes or red pimples around them. Most of them do not hurt and itch. They are all together for 1 day to 2 days.

The vaccine can reduce the occurrence of severe illness and death of hand, foot, and mouth, and does not have a protective effect on hand, foot and mouth infection caused by other intestinal virus

To prevent hand, foot and mouth disease, you should also pay attention to the following points in daily life:

1. Avoid patients with intimate contact, foot and mouth disease, such as hugs, sharing toys, tableware, baths, etc.

2. Washing hands. Before meals, after meals, and go home after going home. If you are suspected of contacting the patient, because the intestinal virus is not sensitive to alcohol, do not use alcohol -containing handwashing solution. You can use soap or chlorine -containing hand -toaker.

3. Pay attention to food hygiene. Don't give your children raw vegetables; don't eat meat that is not completely cooked.

4. Isolate after illness. At least wait for the liquid inside the herpes to dry (about 1 week) to go out.

5. Adults go home to wash their faces, wash their hands before they are exposed to their children.

6. If the child has continuous high fever, fatigue, poor mental, limb shake, irritability, vomiting and other performances, please go to the hospital in time.
