In 2010, I graduated from Harbin University of Engineering and started my wild construction career in the south. One month later, I went to the "Battlefield" with the "recruits" at the same time and went to the Shaanxi and Beijing Third Line Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Project Department. The work location was between Anping and Zhengding, Hebei.

I am responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment, but the staff of the construction site is nervous. If there is a need, I will go wherever I need it. Digging the cable trench is one of them. For the first time, I picked up my head, and there was a trace of my heart, but the construction period was so tight, and the "small emotion" was fleeting. There was only one thought: how to do a skilled worker and complete the task at high quality as soon as possible? I watched the drawing and pondered, and when I encountered difficulties, I asked the master to ask.

The cable bracket was close to the bottom of the ditch. When I installed a cable, I only entered the cat in a cat. I was thinner at that time, so I climbed to the ditch to pull the cable. The bracket is welded with flat iron, the surface is rough, and the clothes are all holes; when brushing asphalt and anticorrosive gum, the stars are always splashed with the whole body. After working and seeing yourself, clothes are covered with porn oil stains, and live like a little beggar. Once I came out of the construction site and was too late to change clothes, I rushed from Shijiazhuang to Xinzhou to perform the task from a motorcycle. It was a bit embarrassed to watch other passengers' surprise eyes.

Slowly, I realized that the practical experience on the front line has greatly promoted the construction content, technical points, resource investment, and on -site management and control of the entire project, and I can also temper the will. stand up.

In 2016, I ushered in the first major challenge in my career: to do the Shaanxi and Beijing Fourth Line Project into a model project. At that time, Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei's air pollution prevention and control was in a critical period. How to ensure both Gyeonggi's winter heating and reducing air pollution, the whole society is very concerned. In order to save the quality and quantity on time, I traveled for more than 350 days a year, and the construction of other colleagues in the project was also more than 300 days. After unremitting struggle, during the project acceptance and testing, the comparison coefficient of the secondary section of the entire line was far better than the design value. The synchronization monitoring rate of the entire line was 100%and the pass rate was 100%. And achieve the goals of zero rectification and zero leftover problems. Our team has also won the award -"Advanced Collective of Shaanxi and Beijing Four -Line gas pipeline projects" and "Iron Man Pioneer", known as the "Gold Medal Team".

With the joy of the first battle, we quickly moved to the construction site of the East Line of China and Russia. This is a "battle of extreme cold", a construction environment of minus thirty or forty degrees Celsius, which makes it difficult to tolerate personnel and equipment. The frozen and swelling phenomenon of silicon core tube restricts the progress of the project. In order to solve these difficult problems, our organization team met to discuss, using foaming agents, sewing agents, oil linen asphalt, cold tangled bands and other materials for experiments to find ways to prevent silicon core pipes. Finally, finally summarized the construction method of pipeline optical cables in the high -cold area of ​​the East Line of China and Russia, filling the construction gap in similar areas.

How wonderful to fight for life, how deep it is to family. Since work, I have traveled to the mountains and rivers of the motherland, but rarely embarked on the way home to visit my parents. When I was sweating in my post, they had white hair and staggered. They also need their children's care, especially those who are intimate. However, I have been silent for many years to silently bear the thoughts and loneliness. Even when the second old age was seriously ill, I couldn't stay with me for a long time to accompany and serve. Although I never regret my choice, I also look forward to the solution to this problem.

In order to be able to take care of and accompany their children, they can only give up the duo reunion and carry out "handover shifts", which makes people respect and distressed. The construction location of our oil industry is mostly in the field. There are always people who always keep paying, but the family can't move over, so this difficulty is always difficult to avoid.

The ancient saying is cloud: Since ancient times, it is difficult to do with the filial piety. The petroleum people shoulder the heavy responsibility of ensuring the safety of national energy, and it is inevitable that they can not take care of that end. Over the years, when my family is ill and needs to be taken care of, I have hardly been around and I can't help it. Since work, I have not accompanied my parents to the northeast hometown once, and I have not taken my family out to travel once. I have not made a systematic life plan for my son. For parents and families, they really owe a lot. Only those who can bring them are only to them. The identity and encouragement of my country, society, and enterprises.

Last year, I was transferred to the gas collection production unit. The production base was on the front line of the Chaidama Basin, and I went home once every quarter.Every time I go home, I try my best to accompany my family as much as possible, and complete the "mission left to me" to make up for it in this way.Considering the nature of the wild work, the company designed a "rotation system" for the departments of the front -line work, and designed a "replenishment system" for the department of non -Qin to work in the front line.Although our party members and cadres also have annual leave, they often take the initiative to abandon the holidays and protect the safety of energy.Family people usually understand and support, because in their eyes, although my post is ordinary, the mission is glorious.I think that with such a family, it is my happiness and motivation!Even if you choose again, I still have no regrets.
