Ouyang Enqiu and Fu Guoqing of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress attended the meeting. Other members of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress Standing Committee and all employees of the District Civil Affairs Bureau attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the review and investigation team read the evaluation implementation plan and listened to the self -inspection report of the District Civil Affairs Bureau.
