After investigation, since July 2021, the suspects Gan and Tang were in the suspension of the mortar in the Minjiang River to illegally fish for more than 4,000 kilograms of aquatic products such as wild carp, catfish, grass carp, catfish and other aquatic products. That night, the police searched several electric fish tools in Gan's home. They found that 3 fish ponds of 40 square meters were found, more than 550 pounds of fresh wild fish, and more than 20 wild fish dried.

Ganjiao explained that since July 2021, he and Tang have drove a ship in the banned area of ​​electric fish in the Ziyang section of the Minjiang River Basin, and illegally fishing for more than 4,000 kilograms of aquatic products such as wild carp, catfish, grass carp, cinnamon, catfish, and other aquatic products. The wild fish caught by the two sold through fish vendors, and the sales area involved Ziyang, Chengdu, Neijiang, Meishan and other places.
