The decision pointed out that 4837 companies such as Shanxi Feiyu Economic Development Corporation have been revoked for more than 10 years, and they have not yet completed the registration procedures for cancellation. The Provincial Market Supervision Bureau issued a notice on May 5, 2022, urging the above -mentioned enterprises to organize liquidation in accordance with the law and apply for a settlement group for the filing of the settlement group within the prescribed period, or to handle the cancellation registration in a timely manner. On June 10, 2022, the bureau issued the "Notification of Cancer Cancellation Enterprises in accordance with the right of duty". The above -mentioned enterprises did not propose a hearing and statement defense.

According to the provisions of Article 70 (4) of the "Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China", the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has decided to cancel the above -mentioned enterprises in accordance with its authority. Back to the bureau.

After the enterprise is canceled according to duty, the main qualifications are terminated, but the liquidation obligations of the original enterprise should still organize liquidation according to law. If the parties do not accept the decision, they can apply for administrative reconsideration to the provincial government within 60 days from the date of the decision delivery. They can also file an administrative lawsuit with the Taiyuan Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law within 6 months.
