At 6 o'clock, urban waterlogging occurred in the main road of Chengguan District, and multiple private cars on both sides were trapped. Among a pregnant woman was trapped in water -water vehicles, the fire rescue station of Lanzhou Fire Rescue Detachment Plaza immediately dispatched a rescue vehicle. Fire rescue workers rushed to the scene for disposal. After arriving, the fire rescue workers immediately dealt with group disposal. One group of disposal of pregnant women was trapped, and the two groups investigated the situation of the person in the trapped vehicle one by one. After an hour of disposal, the pregnant woman and their families were transferred to the safe area. The personnel were rescued safely.

At 8 o'clock, the water accumulation of water in Dalanggou Village, Qingbaishi Street, Chengguan District, and the deepest part of the water depth reached the waist of the adult. A van was besieged by the stagnant water.
