In order to further strengthen the reduction of nitrogen and oxide emission reduction in the thermal power industry, according to the "Shanxi Province 2022 Action Plan for Oxygen Pollution Governance", recently, Taiyuan City issued a notice of the Office of the Provincial Environmental Quality Leading Group: June 27 to September 30 On the basis of the city's thermal power industry, the average daily discharge concentration control of nitrogen oxides was implemented in the early stage, and the average control of the hourly concentration was controlled to escort the improvement of the environmental air quality in the summer in the summer.

The thermal power industry is one of the leading industries in Taiyuan City and a large sewage. The city implements a "dual control" of nitrogen oxide emissions, involving 8 thermal power companies. Among them, coal -fired power generation companies include: Shanxi Taosteel Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., Datang Taiyuan Second thermal Power Plant, Shanxi Xishan thermal Electric Co., Ltd., Gujiaon Sun Moon thermal Electric Co., Ltd., Gujiaxing Xishan Power Generation Co., Ltd., Shanxi Xingneng Power Generation Power Generation 6 companies with limited liability companies. There are two gas power generation companies, namely the Jiajie Power Plant in Xiaodian District, and Huaneng Taiyuan Dongshan Ranning Machine Heat Corporation.

Taiyuan City clearly stated that at the daily key period (10 o'clock-17 o'clock), the city's coal-fired power enterprises are controlled below 35 mg/cubic meter, and the average daily concentration discharge is controlled at 40 mg/cubic meter the following. At the daily key period (10 o'clock-17 o'clock), gas power generation companies are controlled below 30 mg/cubic meter, and the average daily concentration discharge is controlled below 30 mg/cubic meter.

At the same time, the city clearly requested that continuous monitoring of the discharge of pollutants will be continuously monitored, and the emissions of pollutants discharge of over -concentration emission enterprises will be transferred to the municipal office of the provincial city environmental quality leadership group. The office will report to the responsible comrades of the counties (cities, districts) governments to report the problem of over -concentration of pollution discharge, urge enterprises to formulate rectification measures, and timely dispatch the problem rectification in a timely manner. If the requirements for controlling the control work are not in place, it will be relegated in the corporate performance grading assessment in accordance with relevant regulations.
