A branches of flower fragrance flutter the whole country

The 54 -year -old Yu Guiqing is a native of Hongwei Village, Xinpu Town, Xiaonan District. When he was young, he settled in Qianjiang with his uncle and successfully started a local business.

In 2016, the Pengxing Township Government attracted investment, and Gui Qing took the opportunity to turn his eyes to rural revitalization. The settlement of the new varieties is due to the senior engineer of the Aquatic and Botanical Research Center of the Wuhan Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and experts and scholars from the lotus seed resources. Yu Guiqing introduced that the two sides have reached the cooperation between the scientific research project of the lotus germplasm and the commercialization project of the lotus.

The newly developed Qiuhe varieties have become the citron in the market. In March and April, in the spring season of lotus flowers, the buyers from more than a dozen provinces across the country came up and scrambled to buy seedlings.
