Luyang Middle School

The reconstruction and expansion project of the North Campus of Luyang Middle School is located on the west of Mengcheng North Road in Hefei City and south of Huaibei Road. The construction area of the project is 34947 square meters, and the current situation is 7906 square meters. The construction content includes teaching buildings, cafeteria comprehensive buildings, book comprehensive buildings, lecture halls, sports playgrounds, underground garages, and corridors. The project started construction on March 2, 2022, and was planned to be completed on August 23, 2023.

Project progress: The basement has been fully capped on July 6. The main building building is constructed to four floors, and the library and canteen comprehensive building will be constructed to the second floor.

Nanmen Elementary School Hengsheng Royal Garden Campus

The project is located in the Luyang Economic Development Zone (Lindian Street), and the northwest corner of Yaoyuan Road and Lishui Road. The total planned land area is 29978.56 square meters, of which the newly added land area is 11951.56 square meters. Added to 48 classes. The project started construction on February 15, 2022, and is expected to be completed and put into use at the end of 2023.

Project progress: It is in the foundation and renovation construction stage, and the basements have been capped on June 30.

Xiaoyaojin Elementary School Huading Campus

The project is located on the streets of Xinghua Village. The planned scope of the plan to Lingyu Road in the south and Lixin Road in the east. Among them, the teaching comprehensive building is a multi -storey public building with 4 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The building area is 13936.03 square meters. After expansion, the scale of planning running will increase from 24 classes to 36 classes. The project started on February 21, 2021, and the teaching comprehensive building will be put into use in September this year.

Project progress: During indoor decoration and outdoor subsidiaries, the interior decoration of new teaching buildings has been basically completed.

Mengcheng Road Primary School

The Mengcheng Road Elementary School is located west of the north, south of Temple Yang Road, east of Shi Tangguan Road, and north of Lingyu Road. The construction area is 29,431 square meters, with a total investment of about 223 million yuan. Construction content includes teaching buildings, canteens, administrative office buildings, book comprehensive buildings, lecture halls, basketball halls, etc. The project started on May 22 and was planned to be completed in August 2023.

Project progress: It is currently in the infrastructure stage, and it is expected that the main structure of the main body will be capped at the end of the year.

Beautiful Jingwan Kindergarten

Meimei Jingwan Kindergarten is located at the intersection of Mengcheng North Road and the power plant. The total construction area is 8,169 square meters, and it is designed as 12 classes. The project started on July 20, 2018, and was completed on June 15, 2021. It will be put into use in September this year, which will effectively alleviate the admission pressure of the surrounding children.

Qingyuan Road Kindergarten

Qingyuan Road Kindergarten is located at the intersection of Longwang Road and Mohe Road. The total construction area is 7,943 square meters and is designed to be designed as 18 classes. The kindergarten started on September 28, 2020. The project is currently under construction for indoor and outdoor decoration and landscape harvest. It will be put into use in September this year.

Tong Dajin Kindergarten

Tong Dajin Kindergarten is located at the intersection of Tomoyang Road and Tianjiayu Road. It is designed as 12 classes, covering an area of 1746.18 square meters, an area of about 5650.85 square meters, a building height of 18.35 meters, and 4 floors above the ground. One of them is the activity room, cafeteria, foyer, duty room, morning inspection room, and the second and third floors are activity rooms, interest rooms, audio rooms, offices, libraries, and four floors are office and conference rooms.

Project progress: The project started construction in September 2021. At present, the construction has been completed and the interior decoration is underway. It is planned to be completed in November 2022.
