Lhasa, July 10th (Yangzhuoma) Recently, the General Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region issued the "Implementation Plan on Accelerating the Standardization of Electronic Certificate and Expanding Mutual Applications", which aims to focus on the services that enterprises and the masses often apply for Essentials, relying on the autonomous region's integrated government service platform, promote the application of electronic certificates in more fields, allow data to run more, the masses running less legs, and continuously enhance the sense of gain and satisfaction of enterprises and the masses.

Our district will continuously promote the widely used application of electronic licenses in the field of government services, expand the application of personal electronic certificates, and accelerate the application of electronic applications such as medical certificates, hukou books, academic degree certificates, driving licenses and non -motion property certificates, real estate registration certificates, etc. Cover application scenarios such as marriage registration, maternity registration, household registration, social security card application, and continuation of endowment insurance relationships, and continuously enrich other application scenarios according to the needs of the masses. Expand the application of electronic licenses of enterprises, and promote the application of electronic certificates such as business licenses, production and operation permits, and inspection and certification in high -frequency government service matters such as enterprise registration, operation, investment, and engineering construction. Through the relevant information of the related enterprises of the electronic business license, the required information is supported by the government -related service matters, and the paper materials are exempted from submission. Promote the social application of electronic certificates, rely on the autonomous region integrated government service platform electronic license sharing service system, and actively promote electronic licenses in enterprises, social organizations, individuals, etc. Social application between the subjects of the certificate.

It is understood that by the end of 2022, our district will basically establish an autonomous region integrated government service platform electronic license sharing service system to form a category system for the entire region, build and improve the unified electronic certificate photo library, and complete the 50%electronic license photo collection into the warehouse. Through the "One Netcom Office" platform, the electronic licenses of enterprises and the masses' non -confidential -related certificates are basically achieved, so that the standards are unified and interoperable in the region, and they are widely used in the field of government services.
