Maintenance | Flood prevention project (Shandong section) in the lower reaches of the Yellow River officially started

On July 9, the "14th Five -Year Plan" flood prevention project (Shandong section) under the Yellow River started construction along the yellow cities in Jinan.The project involves 22 counties (districts) of Heze, Jining, Tai'an, Liaocheng, Texas, Jinan, Zibo, Binzhou, and Dongying.A total of 524 dam stacks, the reinforcement of the renovation of the insurance workers, a total of 502 dam stacks, and a total of 25 kilometers of the construction of the flood control roads.

The "Fourteenth Five -Year Plan" flood prevention project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is one of the 55 major water conservancy projects that the State Council promoted this year. The project construction involves Shandong and Henan provinces.After the completion of the Shandong section engineering project, the water flow road in the lower reaches of the Yellow River was basic control, the Yellow River estuary entered the sea flow road further, and the flood prevention engineering system of the lower reaches of the Yellow River will be further improved.
