On July 5th, the website of Maoming Emergency Administration announced the "3 · 30" general accident survey report of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Maoming Branch.

The comprehensive analysis of the accident investigation team's main person in charge of Maoming Petrochemical performed the duties and did not find that there was not in place to perform their duties. The accident investigation report suggested to handle the 10 chemical branches and the relevant responsible persons in the cracking workshop.

The report shows that the accident exposes the following problems of the Lamry Petrochemical Branch:

The emergency response of the production process process parameters is not timely;

Insufficient operators at the re -production stage;

There are insufficient security risk analysis;

The training of employees and emergency response capabilities in high -risk chemical industry is not targeted;

Insufficient inspection standards and means of acceptance of the cold device.
