Case Quality and Efficiency Index Analysis Schedule Meeting

In order to effectively improve the quality of the case, find a gap and make up for the shortcomings, and promote the trial work in the second half of the year to reach a new level. Recently, the Hailar District Court held an analysis and scheduling meeting of the quality and efficiency indicators of the annual case.

The meeting notified the completion of the key indicators of the trial quality and efficiency of the Haillar District Court in the first half of 2022, pointing out the weaknesses and shortcomings in the work, and clarifying the key tasks of performance assessment in the second half of the year. In response to long -term unreasonable cases, the meeting requested that the organizers to complete the clearance work within the prescribed time, maintain "zero growth", and resolutely put an end to "clearing the side". In response to the unsatisfactory issues of the key indicators of the trial quality and efficiency, the meeting asked each judge to attach great importance to it, face up the gap, actively exert subjective initiative, and improve the quality of the case with a solid judicial style and first -class work performance. At the same time, cases with high social attention should be used to grasp the focus of conflicts and disputes from all aspects of files, trials, execution, trial supervision, and petitions, and timely and transparent resolution disputes.

The meeting also sought the opinions of various departments and trial teams for the "Hailar District Court" (draft for comments). Exploration of the weight coefficient of a set of cases that can be objectively scientifically evaluated and balanced the workload of judges, and also provides an important basis for the deployment of trial resources.
