Luohe City, Langcheng District, is the hometown of calligraphy in Henan Province. The Painting and Calligraphy Volunteer Training Course jointly organized by the Propaganda Department of the Langcheng District Committee, the District Civilization Office, the District Literature Federation, and the District Artists Association opened.

There are two phases in this training course. The first phase is mainly training art. The second phase is mainly training calligraphy, and each period is four days.

In the art training class, Pan Yingfeng, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, took the theme of the basic techniques and contrast between Chinese landscape painting, combined with the painting theory of "Xiehe Six Methods" and Mr. Huang Binhong's "Five Pen and Seven inks". Demonstration explanation; member Wang Mian, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, explained the development history of Chinese flower and bird painting, aesthetic ideas, the copy of the gongbi painting and the color setting method, and combined with the evolution of the Chinese and Western colors The topic extends.
