The Dazhangluo Storage Library is located in Tianjin Binhai New District. It was completed and put into operation in 2000. It is the first large -scale commercial underground storage library in China. It has multiple functions such as seasonal peak adjustment and emergency reserves. The Dagang Oilfield Storage Library is an important part of the energy reserves of the Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei region.
