A "rain belt" across the East and West

According to the forecast of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from July 11th to 13th, there were heavy rain and territorial storms in the east of the Northwest, the northern part of the Sichuan Basin, the central and southern North China, the eastern part of Shandong, the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia, and the southeast of the northeast region. The cumulative rainfall in the above areas is generally 30 to 60 mm. Among them, eastern Gansu, northern Sichuan Basin, central and northern Shaanxi and west, central Shanxi, southern Hebei, northern Shandong, and northeast of Inner Mongolia can reach 80 to 150 mm. The land can reach 180 to 220 mm.

During this rainfall process, from the 11th to 12th, it mainly affected Gansu, Shaanxi, and Shanxi; on the 13th, it mainly affected the Sichuan Basin, Shandong, East Inner Mongolia, and Liaoning.

Since late June, there are many heavy rainfall weather in the northern region. From July 11th to 13th, the process of the rainstorm from the previous two (June 26th to 28th, July 5th to 7th) , Gansu, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other places have stronger rainfall. It does not rule out the possibility of extreme precipitation and requires drought and floods.

To prevent it and use rainwater resources

At present, most parts of the north have entered a rainy period, and at the same time, the impact of high temperature and drought still exists. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent waterlogging, small and medium -sized rivers, floods of small and medium -sized rivers, farmland waterlogging, and geological disasters brought about by heavy precipitation. At the same time, it can also make full use of rainwater data to alleviate the drought and high temperature in some areas, and increase water storage of reservoirs.

Fu Jiaolan said that due to the heavy rainfall, the rainfall in the middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin can reach 60 to 80 mm, and the upper reaches of the Fenhe River can reach 80 to 100 mm. Therefore, the Central Meteorological Observatory reminded that the central and medium -sized rivers of the small and medium -sized rivers in the central and northern parts of Shanxi, northern Shaanxi, and central Inner Mongolia are high.
