Since the construction of the project last year, the civil construction project is currently completed 95%, the installation project is completed by 70%. The overall installation is expected to be completed at the end of October and entering the debugging stage. After the project is put into operation, it can use 300 million cubic meters of natural gas, 12 million square meters of heating capacity, and reducing carbon emissions by 480,000 tons per year, helping Harbin New Area Jiangbei Integrated Development Zone to create a "coal -fired zero -growth demonstration zone".
