In the early morning of Beijing time, the International Field Federation announced the shortlisted list of the Chinese delegation of the 2022 Eugene track and field championship. A total of 53 athletes reached the standard, including 23 male athletes and 30 female athletes.

The Chinese team will be led by the men's 100 -meter Asian record holder Su Bingtian, the Tokyo Olympic women's shot champion Gong Lizhen, and the 2016 Rio Olympic Women's 20 -kilometer to compete for Liu Hong.
