According to the actual situation of the improvement of ecological and environmental problems such as the "summer offensive" of pollution prevention and control in our county, the relevant situation is now notified as follows:

1. The current situation of environmental quality

Atmospheric environment quality: As of July 3, the PM2.5 concentration of our county was 32µg/ml, ranking 67th in the province; the excellent rate was 96.7%; the comprehensive index was 2.92, the city ranked 3rd, and the province ranked 56th in the province. ; Comprehensive index improvement rate ranks 60th in the province.

Water Environment Quality: The water quality of the water quality of the Jiangjiazui State Control of the county in our county is Class III from January to June (the average phosphorus average concentration of 0.046mg/L), the average concentration of July 1-6 The water quality of the section of the section to the June is category Ⅱ (the average concentration of total phosphorus is 0.037mg/L); the water quality of Nanyang Mouth and Baihezhou Provincial Constraction of the Section of January -May; The water quality in May is the III standard.

2. Progress of rectification work

This year, there are 84 ecological and environmental issues completed by our county this year (including the "summer offensive", the second round of central supervisors, the special actions of the "Dongting Qingbo", the "Sword" operation, the "Sword of the Caveto", " Law and one regulations "law enforcement inspection, opinions of the city people's congress environmental protection goals, etc.). As of July 4, 47 items (12 sales numbers, 35 issues have not been sold) have been rectified, and the completion rate is 55.95%. 37 tasks are being rectified. Details are as follows:

(1) In 2022, the "summer offensive" task of pollution prevention and control, a total of 27 remediation missions in our county, involving renovation funds of 1305.4 million yuan. As of July 4, various rectification tasks are advancing in an orderly manner, with a total of 23 rectification tasks, and the completion rate is 85.19%. The cumulative investment was 10464.5 billion yuan, with a completion rate of 86.81%. The other four tasks are being promoted in an orderly manner.

In the "Summer Offensive" task, 8 completed tasks have been sold for 8, namely: inadequate advancement of fertilizer reduction, poor agricultural pollution control, port terminal pollution problem, deng subject materials, 100 million yuan machine, Henghui, Henghui Machinery, Prince Chemical VOCS governance, breeding pond tail water treatment. There are 15 tasks that have been completed without selling numbers, namely: mining development ecological environment issues, historical restrictions on the ecological restoration of mines (leading units: County Natural Resources Bureau); Pollution governance promotion project, Tai Baihu ecological environment improvement, rouge lake water environmental comprehensive management, Rockwang Lake dumb river governance (leading unit: Hankou Branch of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau); Wetland Ecological Protection and Repair Project (Leading Unit: County Forestry Bureau) ; County People's Hospital, County Hematology Hospital, Jiangjiazui Town Central Health Center, Corporal Hospital, Pushan Hospital, Prince Temple Loyal Hospital for medical wastewater (Leading Unit: County Health and Health Bureau).

Four tasks that are being promoted, of which the Municipal Ecological and Environment Bureau Hanshou Branch led one (the pollutant discharge port rectification of Yongfengyu Village, Potou Town reached 60%); Task to towns and towns); the county and rural revitalization bureaus lead one (rural toilet reform); the county housing and construction bureau leads one (Hua Mulan's rainfall diversion transformation, the progress reaches 78%).

(2) The special operation of the "Dongting Qingbo", with a total of 4 municipal and county tasks, of which the problem of poor advancement of fertilizer reduction has been rectified. It is currently undergoing civil construction in sand and gravel transmission channels.

(3) "Sword" operation. As of now, our county has investigated a total of 18 hidden dangers. Among them, the improvement rate of the comprehensive index of Hanshou County ranks 5 problems in the province's backward and the section of the Hanshou Jiangjiazui. 13 issues are currently under rectification.

(4) Twelve issues assigned by law enforcement inspections of the "One Law, One Regulations" have been rectified, and the remaining five are being rectified during the rectification process.

(5) A total of 18 issues were assigned to the Municipal People's Congress Environmental Protection Opinions. At present, 6 rectification has been rectified, and the remaining 12 are under rectification.

Third, existing problems

1. The sales number is low. In our county's pollution prevention and control of 27 issues of "summer offensive". As of now, 23 tasks have been completed, with 8 sales numbers, 34.78%, and the sales number is seriously low. The units involved include the County Natural Resources Bureau, the County Forestry Bureau, the County Health and Health Bureau, and the Hanshou Branch of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau.

2. Some problems are slow. A total of 11 rivers and lakes in our county does not meet the standard water body, mainly rectifying the water and inferior waters. Up to now, Longyang Lowwater has not yet formulated a corresponding rectification plan, and the improvement progress has been slow.

Fourth, the next stage of work arrangement

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership and speed up rectification. Each responsible unit shall comprehensively implement the rectification tasks according to the formulation of the rectification plan. The project should be rapidly strengthened, the task improvement progress is accelerated, and the rectification tasks must be completed on time.
