11 senior engineers from China Meteorological Administration Shenyang Institute of Atmospheric Environment, Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning (Autonomous Region) Meteorological Bureau were hired as the first batch of experts in scientific research stations. Earlier, with the support of the China Meteorological Administration, the workstation has introduced agricultural drought dynamic quantitative assessment and forecasting early warning systems, and farmland refined irrigation forecast systems, and is applied to high -standard farmland planting tests to achieve industrial assistance results.
