From June 24th to 28th, 2022, eight people including Yu Moumou (male, 47 years old, Xiapu) violated the "Regulations on the Management of Fisheries Fishing Permits" and "Fujian Ocean and Fishery Bureau on Implementing the 2022 Ocean Volume Season Fishing System" When relevant regulations, driving "three -none" ships to the sea will be illegally fishing for aquatic products during the ban.

After returning to Hong Kong, Yu Moumou was diagnosed with positive cases of new crown pneumonia. When the staff of Xiapu County had a new crown pneumonia flow to Yu Moumou, he deliberately concealed the history and schedule of new crown pneumonia, which had a serious impact on the prevention and control of the epidemic in Xiapu County.
