In order to build a colorful Zhangye, create a characteristic county, and enhance the happiness of residents' lives, recently, Minle County launched the "park transformation and improvement, increase the color to help Rainbow City" related work, and the lighting and beautification projects are one of them. The project is mainly concentrated in Chengnan Park, Binhe Landscape Belt in the West District, Shengtian Cultural Industrial Park and Minle Park.

This lighting project focuses on the construction of environmentally friendly society, closely integrates urban service work and rural construction actions, and strives to build the "Rainbow Capital" to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. A total of 4,100 square meters of colored plastic runway were laid in Chengnan Park and Shengtian Cultural Industrial Park, with 2 large green carving groups and 25 landscape sketches.

The large -scale green carvings "Welcome to the Twenty New Journey" adopt the totem symbols and story content in traditional Chinese culture, solemn and peaceful, festive and peaceful; vitality. In the Western District Binhe Landscape Belt, centered on the flood river bridge, landscape lights have been set up along the fences of the river on both sides of the river. Even the original waste of the original cement plant has changed the new look and transformed it into a unique light and shadow landscape. The creation of these landscapes not only greatly enrich the daily entertainment life of residents, but also laid a solid foundation for the development of the cultural tourism industry in our county.
