Recently, a reporter from Chongqing Daily learned from Chongqing Transportation Transportation Co., Ltd. that the city is at Longzhou Bay Passenger Transport Station, Changshengqiao Passenger Station, Chongqing Coach Station, Chongqing Train North Station South Square Bus Station, Chenjiaping Coach Station, Xiyong Passenger Transport Station , Shuangfengqiao Passenger Terminal, including 7 places, rebuild and build more than 500 super charging piles.

According to reports, there are currently nearly 20,000 charging piles in our city, of which about 80 % are located in the central urban area. Most of these charging facilities adopt traditional technical standards, and the charging time takes longer. About 11,000 charging piles are "slow charging", which takes 6 to 8 hours to complete the 400 kilometers of tram charging for a range of 400 kilometers. The remaining 9,000 charging piles are "fast charging", which takes 1 to 2 hours.

The reconstruction and newly -built super charging piles will be completed within two months, which can be fully charged to electric vehicles with a range of 400 kilometers within 15 minutes. At that time, Chongqing will become one of the few cities in the country to achieve fast charging in 15 minutes.

It is understood that with the consent of the municipal government, the "Working Plan for the Municipal Infrastructure Infrastructure Infrastructure" has been issued and implemented. It is planned that by the end of 2025, there will be more than 240,000 charging piles in the city, of which 30,000 public fast charging piles will be built, and 30,000 public fast charging piles will be completed. 200 power changes to form a moderate forward, balanced, intelligent and efficient charging and replacement facilities service system.

In terms of improvement of the layout of the charging and replacement facilities, the "Plan" proposes that a new public parking lot, small and micro parking lots, and urban corner areas will be built or built in the city. At the same time , Parking lots, P+R parking lots, gas stations and other existing venue resource planning and construction power stations to promote the full coverage of charging facilities such as bus stations, railway stations, airports, docks, and highways.

In terms of perfect charging and replacement facilities in the residential community, the construction of charging infrastructure will be incorporated into the transformation and upgrading project of the old community in the urban and towns, and encouraging the open space, corners, idle land, and newly built or expanded parking lots obtained in the transformation will be preferred as charging. Electricity infrastructure is guaranteed; for newly built residential communities, to ensure 100%of fixed parking spaces to build charging facilities or reserved installation conditions.
