Personnel and training content have made clear requirements. The deadline for solicitation is July 25, 2022.

The standards of the public solicitation of the opinions referred to the out -of -school training institution (hereinafter referred to as the "training institution") referring to the social organizations or individuals other than the national institution (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer") in the administrative area of ​​the province, and the use Non -national fiscal funding, for the purpose of teaching and improvement of sports skills, to primary and secondary school students in elementary and middle schools through online or offline ways, to school -age preschool children, and carry out sports guidance, training and training.

Sports project management centers, sports schools, stadiums and other institutions of sports administrative departments at all levels implement sports training activities for primary and secondary school students and preschool children, and this standard is not applicable.

The "Standard" proposes that the organizers should have the funding sources of funds that match their training projects and scale to ensure the normal operation of the training institution. The funding of the start -up funds should be ensured that the amount of the establishment of an off -campus training institution in the northwestern part of Guangdong should be no less than 100,000 yuan.

The organizers of the training institution can choose to set up non -profit or profit training institutions. Non -profit training institutions shall not set up branches. Primary and secondary schools shall not organize or participate in training institutions.

In terms of venue, the per capita area of ​​the chess and card training project is not less than 3 square meters per class, and the per capita venue area per class of other training programs is not less than 5 square meters. Training institutions should be equipped with specialty (part -time) professional security personnel who master knowledge skills such as public security, fire protection, and first aid. The training venue should be equipped with an automatic vibrato and a staff member who master the relevant first aid skills.

Training institutions should be equipped with employees who are compatible with the scale of training and operational needs. The full -time teachers of offline training institutions in principle shall not be less than 50%of the total number of employees. Training institutions should inquire illegal crimes such as sexual assault, abuse, trafficking, violent injury and other illegal crimes in response to personnel who are intended to be dispatched to work at the institutional venue. If they find that they have the aforementioned behavior records, they shall not be hired.

Encourage training institutions to adopt a youth physical education teaching training outline formulated by the State Sports Administration of Sports or the National Sports Single Singles Association, or adopt the syllabus of teaching training at all levels of sports schools, or formulate a project training outline under the guidance of the local sports single association. Training institutions shall not conduct discipline training without authorization. Training institutions for swimming, skiing (skiing, free skiing, freedom skiing, single -board skiing), diving, and rock climbing must be obtained at the same time.
