On July 8, 2022, the first instance of the Changchun Intermediate People's Court of Jilin Province opened the trial of the former party committee member and deputy minister of the Ministry of Public Security, Sun Lijun, bribed, manipulated the securities market, and illegally held a gun.

Changchun People's Procuratorate accused: From 2001 to April 2020, the defendant Sun Lijun used the deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, the director of the Comprehensive Business Office of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the deputy director of the General Office of the Ministry of Public Security, and the domestic safety The convenience conditions of the Security Bureau, member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, and Deputy Minister, and the convenient conditions for the formation of authority and status to help relevant units and individuals provide assistance in enterprise operations, job adjustments, case handling and other matters. Receiving property is equivalent to more than 646 million yuan. In 2018, Sun Lijun asked others to ask others, and instructed the relevant personnel to continue to buy and sell such as concentrated capital advantages to affect the price and transaction volume of stock transaction, and the circumstances were particularly serious. Sun Lijun also violated the regulations of the guns and held 2 guns illegally. The procuratorial organs requested that Sun Lijun's criminal responsibility for bribery, manipulating the securities market, and illegal holding of guns.

During the trial, the procuratorial organs presented relevant evidence. The defendant Sun Lijun and his defender conducted a qualitative certificate. The two parties in charge of the defendant fully expressed their opinions under the auspices of the court.
