The first Youth Ocean Science Forum was held in Nansha, Guangzhou

Today, the "First Youth Ocean Science Forum" jointly sponsored by the National Key Laboratory of the National Key Laboratory of the Tropical Ocean Environment (Nanhai Ocean Research Institute) and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) was held in Nansha, Guangzhou, more than a hundred young scholars passed online and offline join.

The forum is based on the theme of "multi -circle, multi -disciplinary tropical ocean, climate change, and marine disasters". It focuses on the marine science issues of multi -circle and multi -disciplines. It aims to break the boundaries of disciplines and achieve multidisciplinary cross -coordinated development.

The forum was professor of the conference convener, Huang Ruixin, a professor at the Institute of Woods Hall Ocean, and Gan Jianping, a professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Wang Xin and Xiupeng, a researcher at the Nanhai Ocean Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, were divided into seven sections.

From Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Hong Kong/Guangzhou), Fudan University, Xiamen University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China Ocean University, Sun Yat -sen University, Hohai University, the First Ocean Research Institute of the Ministry of Natural Resources 31 experts and scholars from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Marine Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the South China Sea Marine Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences make special reports, which involve the content of the physical marine, marine environment, atmospheric science, marine ecology, marine remote sensing, land-sea-qi Interaction and other directions.
