Implementation process

1. Public stadiums, operating stadiums and out -of -school training institutions that meet the conditions within the municipal level may apply to apply for a designated venue voluntarily. The project undertakes a cooperation agreement.

2.2022 The Sports Consumer Consumer Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Sports Consumption Voucher") is designed as an electronic consumer coupon for one -time use. It will be issued to the citizens through a certain time and channels through the project acceptance platform. Enjoy preferential prices.

3. When the sports consumer coupon consumption is consumed, the amount of the coupon will not be transferred to the fixed venue fund account. After the consumer coupon period is over, the corresponding special funds are allocated according to the use of the sports consumer coupon of each designated venue.

Recruitment condition

Registered, legal integrity operations, venue facilities in this level of the municipal level, and venue facilities meet national standards or industry standards, and provide the following "16+X" public stadiums, operating stadiums and out -of -school training institutions for service projects. Participate in the fixed venue recruitment.

The service items are dynamically adjusted every year by the Municipal Sports Bureau; the venue standards are reference standards. Except for swimming, rock climbing and other projects, other regulations of the state and the city are non -hardly requirements; Extra -school training institutions must be reviewed by the local sports administrative department; actively encouraging standards or non -standard high -quality venues to participate in fixed -point venues.

In order to ensure the quality of designated venues, applying to the venue for adding a fixed venue, you need to fill in the application form (see attachment for details). At the same time, the following paper application materials should be provided (the paper application materials need to be stamped with the official seal):

1. venue overview, including unit names, organization code, geographical location, venue area, facilities and equipment, contact information, contact information, and bank accounts (bank accounts are the unit's main bank account, personal account cannot be used);

2. A copy of the business license, the copy of the statutory representative ID card, and the name of the venue (such as the non -propaganda name of the venue is inconsistent with the legal person unit corresponding to the official seal/account, both types need to be filled in and indicated);

3. The opening time and price list of service items;

4. Prove the ownership of the venue, if it is a leasing venue, the lease agreement is required, and the lease period will take more than one year;

5. Stadium that provides high -risk sports projects such as swimming and rock climbing needs to provide corresponding licenses;

6. Gym, yoga and other venues for fitness guidance and skills training must provide coaching qualification certificates;

7. During the epidemic, the venue must provide materials such as the prevention and control of the epidemic.

The district -level sports administrative department reviews the application materials submitted by the venue in accordance with the principles of the territory, and arranges a special person to inspect the hardware facilities, prices, environment and services of the venue on the spot, strictly admitted, selected good selection, and report to the municipal sports bureau to review the list of venues.
