Chapter 2 Immune and Registration

Article 12: The municipality implements the mandatory immune system of dogs. Article 14: The unit applying for breeding dogs in the key management area shall meet the following conditions:

(4) Dogs only have legal and effective immune documents;

Article 20: It is forbidden to carry dogs to enter the following place:

(1) Workplace of party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions;

(2) Education and medical places such as schools, kindergartens and hospitals (excluding pet hospitals);

In violation of Article 13 (3) of these regulations, if an individual operates, sells, and raise forbidden dogs in the key management area shall be confiscated by the public security organs and shall be fined more than 10,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan.

Article 28: If the provisions of Article 14, paragraph 2 of these regulations shall be ordered by the public security organs; if they refuse to make corrections, a fine of 1,000 yuan will be imposed on the unit.

Article 29: If the provisions of Article 18, 1, 3, Fourth, Five, and 6th of these Regulations shall be ordered by the public security organs to be corrected, and a fine of more than 200 yuan or less may be imposed.

Article 34: In violation of the acts stipulated in these regulations, if the relevant laws and regulations already have legal liability regulations, it will be provided.
