China Railway China Railway undertakes the first bridge pier cap on the entire line of Xizhao Expres

On May 29th, the first thin -walled empty pier of the Xizhao Expressway Beishan Village, No. 3 Bridge of the Xizhao Expressway, which was invested by the Southwest Company of China Railway City and the construction of the Sixth Bureau of the China Railway Bureau, became the first pier on the top of the board.

The Bridge 3 of Beishan Village is located in the territory of Xichang City and Xide County. It is located on the broken intensive earthquake broken belt. The bridge structure is designed in accordance with the requirements of high -level earthquake resistance. The first pier pillar of this cap is No. 4 pillar, 61.5 meters high, and the total bridge deck is as high as 67 meters after the upper structure is completed.

Aiming at the "three highs" characteristics with high vertical deviations, high measurement accuracy requirements, and high safety risks, the construction unit adopts a hydraulic mold climbing process plan. After pouring, in order to cope with the on -site environment of more than 15 degrees Celsius on the day and night temperature, the project department adopts the intelligent spray maintenance process, so that the pier body is always moist during the maintenance period, solving the problem of high pier protection difficulties. At the same time, the application of a variety of advanced processes ensures construction safety and engineering quality, and improves construction efficiency.

It is reported that the Xizhao Expressway was jointly invested and constructed by China Railway and China Railway City Investment. The total investment was 31.417 billion yuan, and the construction period was 5 years. The road is 166.405 kilometers in length and 72.57%of the bridge tunnel. It connects Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province and Xichang City, Sichuan Province. After the completion of the traffic, it plays an important role in supporting Liangshan State's economic and social development and sustainable service development. It is an important poverty alleviation project and people's livelihood project in Liangshan Prefecture.
