The 131st Chairman Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress was held on the morning of July 8th in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Chairman Li Zhanshu chaired the meeting.

The meeting heard the reports of the main issues of anti -telecommunications network fraud laws by Li Fei, a member of the National People's Congress Constitution and Legal Committee chairman of the National People's Congress, and reports on the revision of the main issues of the draft amendment of the Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Law.
