On July 5th, Zhang Liping, a member of the party group of Leshan Market Supervision and Administration and Director of the Municipal Intellectual Property Service Promotion Center, led a team to visit the China (Sichuan) Intellectual Property Protection Center. The General Office's "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Intellectual Property", "The Ledshan Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Decision of In -depth Promoting Innovation Driven Leading Leishan's High -quality Development", "Leshan City to Strengthen Intellectual Property Protection Work Measures", jointly promoted intellectual property coordination protection work, signed it "Intellectual Property Cooperative Protection Cooperation Agreement".

Zhang Liping and his party visited the intellectual property and cultural exhibition hall of the Protection Center. The Digital Hearing Division and the Sichuan Intellectual Property Public Service Platform had learned in detail the functional responsibilities and business processes of the Sichuan Protection Center.

Subsequently, the two parties conducted in -depth exchanges and communication around strengthening intellectual property protection business cooperation, and signed a cooperation agreement on the spot. The cooperation agreement includes sixteen aspects of cooperation matters in the cooperation agreement for review, mediation of intellectual property disputes, providing expert technical appraisal, establishing an administrative technical investigation officer system, carrying out administrative ruling of intellectual property disputes, and carrying out overseas intellectual property disputes.

In the next step, the Leshan Market Supervision Bureau will further strengthen the construction of intellectual property coordination protection system. Under the guidance of the Sichuan Protection Center, it will promote the construction of the Sichuan Intellectual Property Protection Center Leshan Division Center and the patent pre -review reviewer's social practice base to promote the construction of intellectual property protection protection.
