Concept of Local Legislative Outreach Offices (LLOOS)

Grass -roots legislative contact points are based on the democratic legislation of the people directly participating in national legislation based on the people of the grassroots, and become an opinion on the public in addition to the online announcement of the law, asking for comments from the departments and localities, as well as legislative investigations, symposiums, hearing, demonstration, demonstration The new masses in other forms are involved in the effective form of national legislation in an orderly manner, and the national, provincial, and district -level city (autonomous prefecture) -level grass -roots legislative contact points three -level linkage work system is initially formed.
