In my memory, the process of establishing the "shallow burial and dark digging method" of the urban subway can fully reflect this.

In the early 1990s, in order to improve the transportation environment, the Beijing Municipal Government decided to build 39 cross -street channels on Chang'an Street.

At that time, the relevant leaders in Beijing asked for three times in consultation within a month, asking for a plan to take out a plan that does not interrupt traffic, does not interfere with the citizens, does not pollute the environment, and has the most shallow channel buried.
