The starting point of the project is 1.7 kilometers downstream of the Laoshui River Malaysia Reservoir. The ending point is Fancun Reservoir, with a total length of 17.1 kilometers. Among them, 10.1 kilometers of river channels need to be dredged, 7 kilometers of new river channels, and 34 new buildings are built and transformed.
