The company's global offering of 34.3905 million shares, the offer price is HK $ 6.24 per share. After deducting the company's sales expenses, commissions and estimated expenses on the sale of global offering and assume that the excess shares have not been exercised at all, the company will obtain the money for global offering.It is estimated to be approximately HK $ 184 million.

The public offering of Hong Kong has obtained considerable excess subscriptions, and has received a total of 21,600 valid applications. The subscription and cooperation of 145 million shares will be available, which is equivalent to about 3.44 million shares of Hong Kong sale shares that are preliminarily available for subscribing to Hong Kong.

The preliminary offering shares under the international offering item have been appropriately exchanged, which is equivalent to the total number of offering shares that can be subscribed for the preliminary subscription under the international sales item of about 2.09 times.

The cornerstone investors have subscribed for a total of 3.75 million shares for sale, accounting for about 10.9%of the total number of shares for sale and offering under the global offerment, and about 0.7%of the shares issued after the global offering.

It is expected that the shares will be listed in Hong Kong on July 8, 2022 with 500 shares per hand.
