Li Zuyuan and his party went to Yiyi Pavilion College of Shimen County to understand the construction, operational situation and role of the provincial overseas Chinese cultural exchange base.

It is understood that in 2021, the Yiyi Pavilion College of Shimen County was awarded the provincial overseas Chinese cultural exchange base and listed. The hospital is China's largest public office library. It has rich collection resources, distinctive cultural characteristics, complete hardware facilities, and sound organizational institutions. There are more than 1 million copies and pieces of books and cultural objects in the hospital, including more than 700,000 books, more than 20,000 copies of ancient books, more than 50,000 precious historical newspapers and journals, other documents and cultural characteristics nearly 200,000 pieces.
